Draconian Redemption
Code of Conduct
The following Code of Conduct is to ensure that everyone has fun while in Draconian Redemption. Everyone is expected to abide by the following Code.
1. Everyone is on equal footing in Draconian Redemption.
- No one is entitled to loot or a spot in raids, including the officers.
- Everyone will be rotated fairly in farm content raids.
- Spots in our Progression Raids and Hard Mode Raids are earned via performance in raids, attitude, skill, etc.
- The officers are there to organize guild events and ensure that everyone enjoys themselves. (The officers are Drashian, Xaraynia, Ceciel, Aelora, Sepulcrum, Weatherwax, Alam, Uphius, and Platino.)
2. Respect your fellow Guildies/Raiders and keep attitudes and tempers in check.
- Always stay courteous when using both text and voice chat.
- Keep in mind that voice and text chat leave out things like expression and body language, so it's easy to misinterpret things. Don't take things personally, and give people the benefit of the doubt.
- If you have a problem with another guildie/raider, please try to work it out with them. If the issue continues then please seek out an officer.
3. Be helpful to your fellow Guildies/Raiders.
- We hope to see everyone helping others in the guild and helping to prepare for Raids and other Guild Events.
- Don't be afraid to ask anyone in the guild for help.
4. Be on time and come prepared for Raids/Guild Events.
- If you will be late or can't be there for the whole raid please let one of the officers know.
- Make sure to come to raids fully repaired and have all the consumables you will need. (Speak with our resident Alchemists and Cooks at least 24 hours before the raids if you need consumables.)
- If you need to go AFK during a raid please try to wait until the raid leaders declare an official AFK break. If you can't wait that long then speak to one of the Raid Leaders before going AFK.
