Draconian Redemption

Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability and be as detailed as possible. All raider applications will be posted to our Applications forum, so please check back frequently to answer any questions our officers may have and to see the results of your application. We do accept all types of players into Draconian Redemption, so don't be afraid to apply even if you don't enjoy raiding. If you are not a raider, then only fill out the top portion of the application.

Melima lvl 80 Discipline(Shadow) Priest

Do you prefer progression and hard mode raiding, easy raiding and farm content, or would you rather not raid at all? (This answer will not affect our decision to accept or decline your application so please answer truthfully.)
Horde side I am in Brotherhood of the Blade, I bust my ass for them and do the same for any raid I do.

How did you hear about Draconian Redemption and why do you wish to join us?
Zanth told me you were looking for priests willing to join as Allies, so they can stay in their current guild. :) I am very interested.

RAIDING:

Please list any past/current guild/raiding alliance affiliations:
Brotherhood of the Blade, my mains are there, Melima is my alt. I was in Black Phoenix, but left for an RP guild. Many of my friends are still there. I run with Zanth for our weekly 10s with my priest, prior to that I haven't raided on this server for a year (I transferred to Bronzebeard)

What is your spec, rotation, and glyph setup, and why did you choose them?
(You must choose one main spec for raiding with our group.)
I'm Discipline.. Mostly coaxed by an ex-boyfriend who was a Frost DK tank. My "rotation" is just sort of.. as needed? Always a shield on the tanks, renews, and PoM. I pick a person for my Power Infusion macro that can use it. My glyphs are Flash Heal and Penance and Power Word:Shield, sort of basics for a disc priest. My minors are Shadowfiend, so I can pop it faster, Fading so it doesn't cost so much, and Levitate so I don't have to carry reagants.

Please list your gear level range from lowest to highest: (ex. 219-245)
(These numbers now appear on the in-game item tooltips.)
My lowest piece of gear is one 226, followed by two 232. Everything else is 245 to 251 and a small bit beyong.

What raid experience do you have?
I've seen just about everything.. I have not beaten Arthas' face in, but my horde guild is nearly farming him.

What is your role during a raid?
Heal the tanks, spot heal raid. Keep self alive.

Are you open to feedback/constructive criticism?
Absolutely. I always try to be my best and if I'm not, and someone mentions where they notice I can do better, I bust my butt to do it. I even deal with yelling not to be an idiot very well. (Ah.. Halldis.)

How do you go about preparing for raids?
Make sure I have plenty of reagants, I have enough flasks and potions that I may (or may not) use. If I haven't seen a fight yet, I will read or watch videos about it.

After reading over our raid schedule on the main page of our website, how many raids will you be willing and able to commit to per week?
All but the Friday run, since I run that with Zanth. We also run sundays but it says no official run. :)

Are you interested in joining the guild or would you prefer to stay in your current guild and be an allied member? (Allies and guildies are treated the same in the loot system and rostering priority, but some 10-man runs may be limited to guild members only.)
I wish to be an allied member. :) I'm attached to my RP guild.

Have you read over our rules and DKP system and understand them fully?
I know just about every loot system out there. So... yes. :)
