Draconian Redemption

We do accept all types of players into Draconian Redemption, so don't be afraid to apply even if you don't enjoy raiding. Do you prefer progression and hard mode raiding, easy raiding and farm content, or would you rather not raid at all? (This answer will not affect our decision to accept or decline your application so please answer truthfully.)
Progression and Hard mode.

How did you hear about Draconian Redemption and why do you wish to join us?
Cylbria, Heard from her they were a fun group to raid with, have done a few heroics with em on wrekage.

RAIDING:

Vallure- Mutiny, The Tavaren raiding alliance Wrekage- The bloodguard

What is your spec, rotation, and glyph setup, and why did you choose them?
(You must choose one main spec for raiding with our group.)
Vallure- Shadow. Rotation- Shadow Word Pain, Vamp Touch, Devouring Plague, Mind Blast, Mind Flay when dots are up and Mind blast is on CD. Wrekage-Marksman. Rotation- Hunter's mark, Serpent Sting, Chimera Shot, Aimed Shot, Arcane Shot, Steady shot while other shots are on CD.

Please list your gear level range from lowest to highest: (ex. 219-245)

Vallure- 232-264 Wrekage- 200-251

What raid experience do you have?
Pre-Ulduar- Cleared Naxx, Eoe, 3D os 10+25, Voa 10+25. Ulduar- Up to Yogg-saron, havent killed him. Toc-Full cleared both Normal Hard mode ten up to anub.Hard mode 25 up to Faction champs.

What is your role during a raid?
Dps. Occiansionally Main tank healing in disclipline spec.

Are you open to feedback/constructive criticism?
Yes.

How do you go about preparing for raids?
Gather at least 3 flasks, some buff food in case of deaths. Keep all gear repaired gemmed and enchanted. Bring mats for enchants and a few extra gems for in raid upgrades. (Both valllure and wrekage are enchanters)

After reading over our raid schedule on the main page of our website, how many raids will you be willing and able to commit to per week?
At least 2.

Are you interested in joining the guild or would you prefer to stay in your current guild and be an allied member? (Allies and guildies are treated the same in the loot system and rostering priority, but some 10-man runs may be limited to guild members only.)

Have you read over our rules and DKP system and understand them fully?
Loot system was very confusing... I will have Cylbria explain it to me.

I would like to join on the hunter as casual alt. As I am not sure if I will be leaving the taveren raiding alliance yet on vallure, but it is a possibility. If I do leave hand of medivh(the guild most taveren members are a part of) on vallure however, I shall join DR immeadiately.

If you want to join on your hunter that's fine but we will most likely set your raiding status as Casual because you are raiding on your priest with another group.

Voting has been restarted, Vallure is now applying for membership on his priest.

I may not have a say, but this person caused several issues when he was with us in Mutiny and The Black List. He was kicked out of The black List due to misconduct. When he quit Mutiny he was not let back in. He quit after spending all his DKP. He even joked about that he would quit once he used his dkp, which is one of many reasons he was not invited back into Mutiny.

His Demeanor in the past has been very negative. Vallure likes to attack players with numerous insults. I am just not sure if he belongs with us. Don't get me wrong, Vallure can be nice when he "wants" something.

This is just my experience with Vallure in the past.

On a side note, I will say this, you are a good healer and you know how to play your class.

I'll weigh in here as well. Vallure, I am glad to hear that you're coming to grips with some of your past interactions. Would be helpful though to hear more about why you are interested in making another guild change.
